I would like to share my
personal experience in booking hotel room with Gtahotel.com
for my business trips to a few countries eg. Singapore,
Thailand and Philipine. I'm very happy with their customer
service and cheap hotel rates.
Easy Booking And Instant Confirmation
The website is easy to use. You just have to key in the city
you want to stay, the check-in-date, nights of stay and some
other information. It is just a bit hussle for me to
calculate out the number of nights as I prefer to input
check-out-date. The website will then search for the hotels
in your selected city. I admit that it take quite awhile to
produce the results. The order of the results is by default
showing the "Our Picks" first which are featured hotels
recommended by Gtahotels.com. You can sort it by price,
hotel name and star ratings. You can click on the "INFO"
button which shows overview information of the hotel. You
can also further look into the hotel's facilities, user
reviews, map & area infor and photo gallery. If you are ok
just go ahead with the online booking by clicking "BOOK"
button. You will be prompted to fill out personal
information for Gtahotels.com free membership and payment
information. The confirmation will be emailed within half
and hour. That's impressive. To get more assurance, I called
the hotel directly and confirmed that booking had been
correctly made.
Competitive Price
In terms of the price, it does offer me attractive price
compared to its competitors. Before I made the hotel booking,
I checked to hotelscombined.com, Gtahotels.com give a better
rate for the hotel I picked. If price is a concern, I
suggest you to make a price comparison using . For me, the
more important is the reliability of the company. No point I
book a cheap hotel and end up that I have to look for hotel
on my own only after I fly to the city.
Better Business
Bureau ("BBB") Accrediation
Gtahotel.com
is accredited by BBB since 8/1/2006. They get a A+ rating.
You can refer to BBB. BBB processed a total of 9 complaints
on Gtahotel.com in the last 36 months and all 9 have been
resolved.
Any Complaints?
I did a
Google search on Gtahotels.com review and complaints. It was
rated silver star by Starreviews.com. On the other hand, I
also found complaints in complaintsboard.com. To my surprise,
Gtahotels.com staff responded to the complaints. There are
also some good and bad comments posted in tripadvisor.com.
And again, Gtahotels.com staff responded to those comments.
I don't know how true are the comments. If you search on its
competitors such as hotels.com, hoteldiscounts.com or
booking.com, you can also find complaints about them. The
key point here is the response from their staff which
indicates that they take customer complaints seriously. So
far, I have no problems in the hotel booking with
Gtahotels.com at all.
